At Human Better EDU we believe in what we teach. And so, we took the time as a team to answer those three questions from last month. Check them out below:
What did you accomplish in 2022?
In 2022 we led 25 unique programs (many series with multiple sessions) between 10 leaders/ coaches with 17 different partners to over 2,472 participants in 17 states and 16 countries ages teens through adult.
We wrote an infinite number of Dreams, talked back to countless Negative Inner Thoughts, flipped numerous unwanted Personality Traits, and Designed the heck out of our future and are proud of all we impacted.
What do you want to leave behind from 2022?
2022 marked a BIG year for Human Better EDU, as we officially took on financial independence as a nonprofit organization. We remain committed to “elevate human consciousness by teaching the world to human better, one person at a time.” As you can see from our accomplishments, we DID that! And we are super proud of marching on in the face of the new circumstances and opportunities.
So what are we leaving behind from 2022? The theory that being new at something means you have to start small, tread carefully, or never make a mistake. We’re ready to go BIG in 2023 – bigger impact, broader reach, deeper connections. And sure we might make a few mistakes along the way, but we’re open to learning from them. And continuing to dream and design.
What will you create in 2023?
We’re so glad you asked! We are looking at expanding programming in these areas:
Cultural Transformation: Schools, universities, and educational organizations are ready to make changes, and we are primed to support initiatives. In 2023 we will expand our cultural transformation offerings, which include a customized plan incorporating executive-level one-on-one coaching, small group coaching to key leaders, monthly mastermind meetings, and full multi- day Building Championship Teams workshops.
School Programming: Serving students 6th grade through post docs and the faculty, staff, and educators who support them. Our Life Design curriculum is ready to implement during school, after school, during professional development, and beyond. We want to get out there and help educational communities recover from the grueling past few years. We’ve got the social emotional learning tools to support this work.
Digital Expansion: In 2023 we will launch Life Design for Middle Schoolers digital Google Classroom curriculum in conjunction with our partnership with Olivia Technologies. This digital platform will allow us to broaden our reach exponentially – giving teachers trained in our programming the tools they need to implement it into the classroom. The Olivia platform allows us to support schools where kids don’t have digital parity at home. And with our programs, they get to use coaching tools to help them develop as well. We can’t wait to see this take off.
Humaning Better: We will continue to provide one-on-one coaching and small group virtual coaching in life design to individuals ready to take charge of their lives. From teens to Deans we are looking to make an impact, one human at a time.
